How to register:

• Register Online with a credit card. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail.
• Fax the registration form to 303-422-8894 with a credit card.
• Mail the registration form to SNRS 10200 W 44th Ave, Suite 304, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 with a check.

Continuing Education: New this year, continuing education units are included with the registration fee.

Group Discount: Four or more registrations received and processed from the same university on the same payment will receive a $25 discount on each persons registration fee. Not available to students.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Substitution is encouraged if unable to attend the conference. Cancellation of program registration will be refunded less a $50 processing fee if received in writing by SNRS February 10, 2012. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303-422-8894 or emailed to info@snrs.org. NO refunds will be granted after February 10, 2012. Refunds will be processed following the conference.

Program Changes and Cancellations
SNRS reserves the right to substitute speakers or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to any unforeseen circumstances.  If SNRS must cancel its conference, registrants will receive a full credit for or refund of their paid registration fee.  SNRS will not be responsible for any other losses, including refunds for lodging, airfare or other conference-related expenses.
