National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA)
AHIA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credits. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville TN, 37219-2417; 615.880.4200; www.learningmarket.org. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour. National Registry of CPE Sponsors ID Number 103386.

*All attendees received a Certificate of Continuing Professional Education form in their registration packets upon registration check-in. In order to receive continuing education credit, complete this form by circling the session and number of CPE credits for each session attended. You must place your name on the session sign-in sheet to verify attendance at each presentation you circle. Email info@ahia.org to submit your CPE form.

American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC)
*This program has the prior approval of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) for 25 continuing education hours. Granting of prior approval in no way
constitutes endorsement by AAPC of the program content or the program sponsor. Attendees seeking CPE credit through AAPC must request a certificate and index code PER DAY for the respective days of attendance:

  • Sunday, August 27 - Day 1 (10 credits)
  • Monday, August 28 - Day 2 (6 credits)
  • Tuesday, August 29 - Day 3 (6 credits)
  • Wednesday, August 30 - Day 4 (3 credits)

Attendees will submit the certificate and index number to AAPC directly.

Compliance Certification Board (CCB)
The Compliance Certification Board (CCB) has approved this event for up to 32.3 CCB CEUs. Continuing Education Units are awarded based on individual attendance records. Granting of prior approval in no way constitutes endorsement by CCB of this event content or of the event sponsor. Attendees seeking CPE credit through CCB must request a certificate from AHIA. Contact us at info@ahia.org or mcunningham@kellencompany.com and we will assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: Attendees are each solely responsible for retaining a copy for their records and for reporting credits.

Claim your CCB credits
Upon request to AHIA, you will receive your CCB’s official certificate of credit. Please sign your first and last name at the top of the form and log the credits with CCB within 30 days of the event.

Log your credits
Online through the CEU account portal at www.compliancecertification.org, click on My CEU Account. Select the certification you hold and then login. Select “Add CEUs” and then “Pre-Approved Events.” To log your credits, you will need the “Approval Code” from the bottom of the official CCB certificate of credit.
If you do not already have a free online account established through HCCA or SCCE, you will need to create one before logging your CEUs. Click on “Create an account.”

Email a copy of the Certificate of Attendance to CCB offices at ccb@compliancecertification.org.
Fax a copy of the Certificate of Attendance to CCB offices at 952-988-0146.
Mail a copy of the Certificate of Attendance to CCB offices: CCB, Attn: Certification, 6500 Barrie Road, Suite 250, Minneapolis, MN 55435.

A CCB certification specialist will review and approve the credits, which may take up to six weeks depending on volume of submissions. Once the CEUs they have been approved, you can view them through your free online account
