Note: All events on Friday and Saturday will be at the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center

The hotel reservation deadline is September 30, 2007; rooms will be on a space-available basis after that date. $80 per night weekday, $90 per night weekend. To receive this discounted rate, you must identify yourself as a North American Nature Photography attendee.

Update: 08/16/07
The hotel is sold out of the standard rooms. You may still reserve one of the deluxe rooms at $100 per night weekday, $110 per night weekend. If you prefer a lower priced room there are two other hotels on the island, Best Western and the Waterside Inn.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by September 11, 2007 will be issued a refund less a $50 service fee. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER October 11, 2007. NANPA reserves the right to cancel. In the unlikely event of cancellation, NANPA is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including, without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant. *Speakers subject to change without notice.

Pass Name	Description
Main Registration	Attendees who pay for the full regional event fee will receive daily sessions, field trips, evening programs, registration materials and Saturday dinner (guests are welcome at extra cost). Meals (unless listed otherwise), lodging and transportation costs are the responsibility of the attendee. The sessions include classroom workshops and photo trips in the field.

	The Wildlife Loop can contain literally thousands of snow geese and other birds at this time of year providing the bird photographer with many opportunities to capture one bird or thousands of birds in flight. Volunteer Activity at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge		Oct 28, 2007	12:00 PM
	At the end of our weekend together, we should "Take only photographs and leave only footprints" behind us at the Refuge. To help ensure that we do that and say "thank you," we are working with the Refuge staff to design a volunteer project that we can all work on together. The project assigned to us will depend on what the Refuge needs done in October, but the activity could be as simple as picking up litter to something more complicated such as weather proofing an observation deck. (There will be different tasks to fit all levels of physical abilities.) If you don't have a plane to catch and can spare a couple of hours after the morning shoot, please join us and help us leave behind a Refuge in a little bit better shape than when we arrived.
