Registration

Question: How do I register a second person?
Answer: You have two ways to add additional people. If you know what the additional person(s) wishes to register for and want the payment all as one, you simply click on the “Add Guest” button once you have completed the first person’s registration information.
The second option is to register the additional person(s) separately. There is a “Second Person from Same Address” registration pass. Please indicate the first person registered in the Notes/Comments box so that we may match up payments for the discounted price.

Question: Can I do a payment plan and pay by check?
Answer: Yes. If you register online, the first payment will be by credit card, but all additional payments can be by check. Simply indicate in the Payment Plan box that you want to pay by check. Or if you register by mail you can indicate checks as your payment option on the form.

Question: Why do you need to know what breakouts I’m attending?
Answer: When you sign up for the breakout session you plan to attend, it allows us to be able to better plan for the size of a room either moving a session to a different room or making a room bigger.

Question: Why do I have to sign up for lunches if it is included with the registration fee?
Answer: By signing up for lunches, it helps us have a better idea of the amount of food we need to order.

Question: What is the Cancellation Policy?
Answer: Cancellation and Refund Policy
Written requests for registration refunds or cancellations must be postmarked on or before February 5, 2010. Annual Summit registrations will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Pre- and Post-Summit events will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. Applicable refunds will be processed following the Summit. No refunds will be made for requests submitted after February 5. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

NANPA reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient registration or any unforeseen circumstances.

Editorial & Portfolio Reviews

Question: I want to register for Editorial and Portfolio Reviews. Do I still have to register for the Summit?
Answer: Yes. Although the Editorial and Portfolio Reviews and the Summit are displayed as separate conferences on the Conference Information page, you need to be registered for the Summit in order to schedule a review. You may, however, schedule your review(s) first and then register for the Summit later.

Question: Can I be added to a waiting list for a specific reviewer?
Answer: Yes. Simply send an email to info@nanpa.org indicating the reviewer for whom you would like to be put on a waiting list. We cannot guarantee you a slot with the requested reviewer but we will do our best to clear the waiting list once we begin to receive cancellations. The waiting list is only good prior to the Summit. On-site you will want to check in the review room for any available time slots.

Question: I’ve already registered for my reviews, but I want to add another, how do I add it?
Answer: You may either call the NANPA office at 303-422-8527 or send an email to info@nanpa.org to add additional reviews.
