Accessibility for People with Disabilities
The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque offers a wide range of accommodations for individuals with disabilities or special needs. When making your hotel reservation, please identify any special requirements. The Hyatt staff will help you to identify the accessible routes throughout the hotel.

NANPA Store
Over the years, the NANPA Store has become an opportunity to showcase the talents and diversity of the NANPA membership.  Besides the many books for sale, it is also your merchandise headquarters for display and purchase of NANPA shirts, hats, outerwear, pins and other logo items.  If you are interested in adding your book to the NANPA Store, please contact the NANPA office or download the Store Invitation Form.

NANPA Trade Show
This annual event offers an opportunity to learn more about a diverse group of photography-related products and services.  Our exhibitors invite you to visit their booths, ask questions, attend their demonstrations and take advantage of the exceptional values offered.   If you are interested in exhibiting at this year’s Annual Summit, please visit our "Exhibitor Information" page.

The Weather and What to Wear
Attire at the Nature Photography Summit is business casual.  Daytime mid-February high temperatures in Reno average 51 degrees F.  Nighttime temperatures usually drop into the 20s or lower, however, so winter clothing is advised.  Snow or ice is a possibility. 

Roommates
Need a roommate?  If so, please indicate this on the registration form.  Your name will be added to the list of others requesting roommates.  Once added, you will be sent this list by email or fax.  It is your responsibility to contact the individuals on the list to find a roommate.  Please let us know when you have found a roommate so we can take your name off the list.

Committee Meetings
Many of NANPA’s committees may meet during the Summit.  Please check with your Committee Chair for a time and location.  Committee lists and a schedule of their meetings are available at the NANPA Registration Desk.

No Smoking Policy
For the comfort and health of all attendees, smoking is not permitted at any NANPA function.

Membership
Not a NANPA member?  Why wait?  Join NANPA now and save more than 20% on your registration fees for the Annual Summit.  Go to the NANPA website at www.nanpa.org and join the more than 3,000 industry professionals and nature photography enthusiasts who have made NANPA the premier organization for nature photography.  Already a member but haven’t renewed?  You can renew your membership when you register.

NANPA Bucks
Returning again this year is a membership program designed to reward you for encouraging new members to join—NANPA Bucks!  This program, open to all active members, gives you an opportunity to reduce your dues, Summit fees, or any other NANPA expenditures just for bringing new members into NANPA.

For each new member you bring to NANPA, you will receive a $10 certificate for NANPA Bucks.  Your accrued NANPA Bucks may be used towards your 2010-2011 membership dues, Summit registration fees, Regional Event fees, or products at the NANPA Store.

To redeem your NANPA Bucks toward a discount on Summit registration fees, you must mail them to the NANPA office.  If you fax your registration or register online, you may subtract your NANPA Bucks from your registration total, but you still must mail in the NANPA Bucks to get credit for the discount.  You will be charged for the amount you deducted if we do not receive the NANPA Bucks before the February 5, 2010, cut-off date.  You may also bring your NANPA Bucks to the Summit and apply them toward on-site registrations or products at the NANPA Store.  NANPA Bucks are not redeemable for cash.
