Please take a moment to review the following registration policies and procedures to avoid any delays in your registration processing for the 2010 Annual Summit.
Registration
Registration for the NANPA Annual Nature Photography Summit includes general sessions, breakout sessions, entry to the Exhibit Hall, conference materials, lunches on Wednesday and Thursday, the NANPA Awards Luncheon Celebration on Friday, and receptions on Tuesday and Thursday. One-day registrations will receive the aforementioned events for that day only.
Several events require separate registration. They are the Post-Summit Workshops and the Portfolio and Editorial Reviews. The fees for these events are listed on the registration form.
Registration fees are based on your membership status with NANPA. Your membership must be current or in process before you may receive the member registration rates. You may join or renew at the same time you register for the meeting.
To Register Online registration is easy at www.nanpa.org. If you prefer to register by mail, download and print the pdf form from the website. Be sure to print or type and complete all sections of the registration form. One form per registrant—photocopy or print as needed. Please, no phone registrations.
Please indicate your breakout session preferences and whether you will attend the Outreach Event so we can arrange for appropriately sized rooms. Tickets will not be issued for these sessions and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be issued for the Post-Summit Workshops and are required for admittance. Many workshops have a limited capacity. Register early to ensure your participation.
Students―you must register by mail. Please download and print the registration form from the website and include a copy of your student identification in order to receive the student registration rate. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent must sign the parent/guardian consent on the registration form.
Early Bird Discounts Registration forms submitted via mail must be postmarked on or before January 18, 2010, to receive the discounted rates. Registrations submitted via fax or online must be received by 11:59pm (Mountain Standard Time) on January 18, 2010.
Payment
Payment must be received with your registration. Fees are to be made payable in U.S. funds to NANPA by check, American Express, VISA, Discover or MasterCard. Registrations received after February 5, 2010, will be processed on-site and your name will not be included on the attendees list. Yes, there is a payment plan online. Registrants may use their own schedule to make payments. Final payment is due by February 5, 2010.

By Fax: If you are paying for your registration with a credit card, complete the registration form (available as a pdf file on the Summit web page) and fax it to 303-422-8894. This number is available 24 hours a day.
By Mail: Send your completed registration form with check or money order attached to: NANPA, 10200 West 44th Avenue, Suite 304, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033-2840.
In Person: On-site: If you are unable to register before the February 5, 2010, deadline, you may register on-site at the NANPA Registration Desk. See registration hours.
Confirmation
Registration confirmation will be sent to all registrants within 10 working days. If you do not receive confirmation, please call the Member Services Department at 303-422-8527.
Cancellation and Refund Policy Written requests for registration refunds or cancellations must be postmarked on or before February 5, 2010. Annual Summit registrations will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Post-Summit Workshops will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. Applicable refunds will be processed following the Summit. No refunds will be made for requests submitted after February 5, 2010. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
NANPA reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient registration or any unforeseen circumstances. It also has the right to substitute presenters if those originally scheduled cannot attend.

Badges and Summit Registration Materials
For those attendees registering in advance, badges and registration materials will be held at the Registration Desk. At that time you will receive valuable information about your Summit participation including: badge, ribbons, tickets (for applicable events), on-site updated program, Exhibit Hall guide, location map with names of meeting rooms, drawing entry forms and other NANPA information.
Attendee Lists
In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, the Attendees' List
will be posted online. Please download the PDF file to bring a copy with
you to the Summit, if so desired. Copies will NOT be in the attendees'
registration packets. The list will be posted in February, 2010.
Breakout Handouts
Session handouts for the breakouts will again be available only online for registrants to print out if they wish. Handouts will be posted in February, 2010.
