Reviews will be scheduled through this web page until January 29, 2010. Thereafter, all scheduling will be done at the Summit in the review room.
Policies: Reviews are open to Summit attendees only. Cancellations received in writing by January 22, 2010 will be issued a refund, less a $20 cancellation fee. Once scheduled, there will be a $10 processing fee for each change requested.
No Show Policy: Our reviewers are in great demand, so it is important that you attend the time for which you are scheduled. You must notify us 48 hours prior to your review if you are unable to attend your scheduled review time. If you miss your review time slot, you will forfeit the entire review fee. If after missing a scheduled review time, you wish to reschedule your review for a different time, we have no choice but to charge you for the additional time slot.

Reviews are $75 per single review, $60 per review for second and third review, $50 for each thereafter. Student Level reviews will cost $37.50 per single review.
Entry levels are a package deal 3 reveiws for $126. They will be listed individaully as $42, but you must select three at this price otherwise you will be charged $75.
