CogSci 2012, the 34th annual meeting of the Cognitive Science Society will be held in Sapporo, Japan, August 1-4, 2012, at the Sapporo Convention Center.

A list of the tutorials and workshops can be found on the conference website. A brief description can be found below but please refer to the conference website for more specific descriptions. Speakers are subject to change without notice.

Please note that there is NO one-day registration available on this site or at the conference. Everyone is expected to register for the conference, including all students, all tutorial and workshop attendees, and all presenters and speakers. The late fee will be added to all on-site registrations.

For accepted submissions, at least one member of the author team must both register AND attend the conference for your submission to appear in the program and the proceedings.

All payments are due at the time of registration.

On-line registration closes July 8, and all payments must be received by this date. After July 8, registration will be on-site in Sapporo at the Sapporo Convention Center.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by June 29, 2012 will be issued a full refund. Cancellations received in writing by July 13, 2012 will be issued a refund less a $25 service fee. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER July 13, 2012. CogSci reserves the right to cancel. In the unlikely event of cancellation, CogSci is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including, without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant. Speakers subject to change without notice.

IACS Registration	If you are a member of the IACS or one of its affiliates AND if your local society provided your name, then you may be eligible to register at the CSS membership rate for this conference. If you have not been identified by your local society as one of their members then please register at the non-member rate. You also have the opportunity to become a member of the CSS to receive the members discount. Registration Fees: Listed IACS Members: $350 Non-Listed IACS Members: $500 $100 late fee applies after June 29, 2012 (No exceptions.)
