Cancellations received in the ASI office by March 23, 2012 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303-422-8894 or emailed to info@asindexing.org. No refunds after March 23, 2012.

This allows ASI the use of the meeting and exhibit space at a great discount. Your support in staying at the Bahia Resort helps to keep ASI’s meeting and membership costs down.

Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or advance deposit and received 30 days prior to arrival. Individual reservations will automatically be billed for one night unless canceled 72 hours prior to arrival.

Airport and Shuttle
The Bahia Resort Hotel is approximately 10 miles or 15 minutes from the San Diego International Airport.The resort uses Cloud 9 Shuttle (run by Super Shuttle). The cost is $13 per person each way. To make reservations, call 800-974-8885.
