Cancellations received in the ASI office by April 3, 2013 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303-422-8894 or emailed to info@asindexing.org. No refunds after April 3, 2013.

Air Travel
The closest airport to the Contessa Hotel is the San Antonio International Airport (SAT).
The San Antonio International Airport (domestic and international flights) is located 10 miles from the hotel.
Ground Transportation
Driving from San Antonio Airport
Take Hwy 281 South into San Antonio. Exit at 141A/Commerce St. and the turn right onto Commerce St. Drive 5 blocks and turn left onto St. Mary's Street, then turn left again onto Market St. Move to the right hand lane. The hotel Contessa is located on the corner of Market St. and Navarro St. Hotel entrance is on the right hand side, immediately past Navarro.
Airport Transfers
Airport Transfers are available through GO Airport Shuttle, the official airport transportation provider for San Antonio International Airport and the City of San Antonio. GO Airport Shuttle provides airport shuttle service from 7 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. daily. Shuttles depart the airport for the downtown hotels approximately every 15 minutes.
GO Airport Shuttle tickets are accessible through the ticket kiosk located at the airport, or reservations can be made in advance through their website at www.goairportshuttle.com. Tickets must be paid for at the time service is provided.
Taxi Service
Taxi service is readily available at the San Antonio Airport. The average taxi fare from the airport to downtown is $29 - $33, one way.
