The mind, brain and body are no longer considered independent functioning systems. Emerging studies and research now mention the gut-brain axis and how gut bacteria or even nutrition affect and effect brain health. Heart-brain interactions are studied and measured via HRV biofeedback. There is a growing body of evidence that supports the benefits of exercise on the brain not only as prevention but also as an optimizing element. With this in mind, mental health interventions should be of an integrative nature. This webinar intends to demonstrate how using BrainSpotting, psychotherapy, nutrition, functional medicine, exercise, QEEG, biofeedback and neurofeedback can provide clients with better, stronger and longer lasting, permanent positive results in their overall happiness health and quality of life.
