· MNRS Connection Central
	A Special Place for Conversations and Consultations MNRS Connection Central will enable conversation, consultation, and potential collaboration among members with highly similar research interests. We will provide a designated space where members can gather informally or formally to converse about their research projects and ideas, obtain consultation from one another, and explore potential collaboration. Consider Using Connection Central to: gather a small group to discuss collaborating on a study or writing a grant application. gather a small group to begin planning a pre- conference workshop or a symposium. provide information sessions about training opportunities. meet with an MNRS senior scientist to consult with you (be sure to set up your meeting before the conference).
· Student Poster Presentation Information
	There have been a few changes to the assigned student poster numbers. Please double check the onsite program for your new poster number or click here to view the updated student poster schedule. New Student Poster Numbers
· Get Your Tickets Now!
	The FUNdraiser will include a Talent Show and dessert buffet, with fruit. Everyone will have a seat. It is scheduled so that you can come right to the fun, after having dinner with friends and colleagues. Those with tickets to the FUNdraiser will have the first opportunity to buy items in the Silent Auction. Attendees will have an opportunity to be entertained and to learn "important things your mentor never told you" from leaders in the Midwest. BTW, leadership is defined for this evening as: "Making a fool of oneself to obtain money." A very special traveling trophy will be awarded to the winner of the Talent Show. The winner's name will be engraved on the trophy, and I t can be proudly displayed by the winner for one year, and then it returns to MNRS to be awarded to the 2010 winner. Individual tickets for this event are still $50. Reserving your own table for $500 also includes 8 tickets. You can also by a pack of 6 tickets for $250. Bring your friends and students - it's not to be missed! Schedule for your planning: 7:00 Grand Opening of the Silent Auction in foyer 7:30 Doors to Ballroom open, Desserts will be on the tables 8:00 Talent Show begins 9:00 to 10:00 Vote for winner - with dollars See you there!
