2010 MNRS Award Nominations

Online Nomination Site Now Open!

Every year, MNRS presents awards to selected members of the Society who have made significant and notable contributions to the field of nursing through research.

 

Again this year, the nomination forms and supporting documentation can be filled out and submitted online!

 

The deadline for receipt of nominations for all awards is December 10, 2009.

Senior Scientist Program 

 

The Senior Scientist Recognition Program provides recognition by peers for members' scholarly achievements, mentorship, and service and represents the highest class of membership.

 

This program recognizes that there are many outstanding researchers whose accomplishments are noteworthy and vital to building the knowledge base in nursing, yet are not recognized regionally or nationally for their work. 

 

Individuals may self-nominate or be nominated by a peer.  Click here for the Senior Scientist status requirements.

Student Poster Information Available

 

Information on the 2010 Student Poster Competition is now available!The MNRS Student Poster Committee invites you to choose your school's reserved spots at the Student Poster Competition of the 2010 Annual Research Conference in Kansas City, Missouri.
 
Each school will determine and use its own procedure to select up to three (3) students with posters in each of the following educational programs:

  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Doctorate of Philosophy in Nursing Science (PhD)

All application instructions and guidelines must be followed.
